With Jesus at the helm, the third grade crew sails into adventure each day.
Reading our way to distant lands we learn about geography, people, and cultures. On the Science Deck, we explore God's wonderful plant and animal life, as well as the amazing Solar System and other amazing things God created.
Our crew grows closer through time of prayer, worship, service, and study of God's word.
Of course, all good deckhands learn their Math facts and principles, and improve their writing skills by keeping a ship's log and communicating with pen pals.
Diving into the computer lab, drawing in the style of a famous artist, or listening to the music of great composers helps float our boat, too. Having P.E. on the "Rec Deck" with coach is one of our favorite treats and helps our bodies develop.
Periodically, we pull into port for a Shore Excursion. Trips to museums, art galleries, the zoo, and aquariums, to name a few, are full of learning fun.
